3@3 – The Push You Need!
When a bobsled is pushed off the hill from the start of the track it quickly picks up momentum. That start is crucial. The start gives the sled the speed it needs to navigate the twists and turns of the track. Without a strong start, the sled has no chance of winning a race.
The same goes for getting in shape. Getting in shape is extremely difficult in this culture, especially if you work a 9-5 job that consists mostly of working at a desk. If you do not have a strong start, you will have a hard time even finishing the race.
So the question is – how does one even get a start when it seems like you are chained to your desk all day? The answer- 3@3! 3@3 is our newest program where we will email you 3 exercises every day (M-F) at 3PM (for only $3/month) to follow along and get your body moving! The emails also consist of healthy recipes and other positive encouragement to cheer you on as you race towards better health.
The 3@3 program takes approximately 3 minutes a day to complete. If you participate every day you will be adding over 12 hours of exercise time a year. That is a huge lead at the start on your healthy living track!
As you begin to pick up momentum we also have other services to help you navigate the healthy living track such as Remote Personal Training. Remote Personal Training will guide you to your goals efficiently with out cutting extra time.

Megan Hill is the founder of A Stronger Workplace, LLC and also a former Team USA Bobsled Athlete. She has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Health Promotion from Auburn University and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
