We are so excited to announce our newest service.. 3@3! That is 3 Exercises (w/video demos) sent to your inbox Monday – Friday at 3PM (Eastern Time) to remind you to get up and move!
Getting any exercise while working a 40 hour work week is incredibly tough in today’s fast paced culture. With this email reminder you will be able to take a short few minutes to pause from your work day and get your blood pumping! There are SO many benefits to even a short bout of exercise like this. You will find yourself more productive, energized, thinking clearly, relieving stress, and feeling great.
To make it even more fun, get your whole office involved! Picture it.. at 3 PM everybody stops what they are doing, steps out of their cubicle, and does the exercises together. Can you imagine all the laughs and exchanges of positivity that will result from this fun activity?
